What to Know About Returns
We want to be clear about our return policy. Since many of our items are handmade or custom orders, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for those. However, if you buy a ready-made costume, you can return it within 14 days as long as it’s unused and in original condition. You’ll find full return details at the bottom of the page.

All our SFX prosthetics, including ears, horns, and custom pieces, are individually handcrafted after an order is placed. This process takes time, as we use custom molds and pour each item with care and precision. Depending on workload and bookings, production may take several days to a week or more, not including shipping time. We appreciate your patience—each piece is made with attention to detail and quality.
