Two-Piece Krampus Demon Mask
This Two-Piece Krampus Demon Mask is perfect for creating a variety of fantastical characters. Whether you’re looking to craft the fearsome face of Krampus, a wicked devil, an otherworldly demon, or even a terrifying creature like a dragon, the possibilities are endless. Its versatile design allows for incredible customization, making it an ideal choice for cosplay, performances, or themed events.
It features:
- Upper Part of Mask – The full or half-face prosthetic, designed for a menacing look, with a detailed forehead and eye area, perfect for creating a chilling expression.
- 2 x Horns – These fit into the horn holes of the mask, creating the effect of horns ripped from the head. Horns come unattached for easier shipping but can be securely attached using strong adhesives like EVO STICK, Pros-Aide, or super glue.
- Mouthpiece Option – An additional piece for the lower jaw (such as a tongue-out devil style) is available separately. Check here for the mouthpiece.
Material:
- Rubber Latex – A basic style that is lightweight and flexible, ideal for simple designs. This version is hollow and can be packed out with cotton wool if additional volume or shape is needed.
- Foam Latex – A more advanced option, foam latex is lighter and more durable. It provides a better fit, is easier to wear for extended periods, and holds its shape better over time.

Breathing Holes: There are breathing holes in the nostril area, which can be adjusted by creating additional holes with scissors if needed.

Painting & Adhesive Options

Painting: Since these masks are sold unpainted, you can paint them using grease paints, acrylics, Pax paints, or water-based colors.

Adhesive: Use adhesives like Spirit Gum, Aqua FX (budget-friendly), or Pros-Aide (for long-wear). Pros-Aide and its cream form also help blend edges and can be mixed with acrylic to create Pax paint.
How to Apply Latex

Position the prosthetic and trim it to fit if necessary.

Apply adhesive on both the prosthetic and your skin.

Add cotton wool to bulk up any hollow areas if needed.

Press the prosthetic into place once the adhesive is tacky.

Use more adhesive or latex around the edges to blend.

Powder the prosthetic to remove shine.

Paint to match your skin tone or create fantasy designs as desired.
Post-Purchase Care (Latex)

Remove the mask with an oil-based remover and clean it with a makeup cleanser.

For tougher stains, use white spirit or IPA.

Always test adhesives and paints on a small area to check for allergies.
